A JWT (JSON Web Token) is an open-standards approach to securely sharing information between a client and a server in a compact, self-contained way that provides stateless authentication.
The JWT can be encrypted and/or digitally signed so the information can be passed around securely.
This endpoint takes the information (string) as input, and provides the JWT-encoded result (string) as output.
The output also includes a copy of the input, and a « status » value.
Status is « Ok » or « Error: … ».

The jwt-encode endpoint returns a JSON object containing three key fields: "jwt-encoded" (the encoded JWT string), "input" (the original input string), and "status" (indicating success or error).
The key fields in the response data are "jwt-encoded," which holds the JWT token, "input," which reflects the original input string, and "status," which indicates whether the operation was successful ("Ok") or if there was an error.
The response data is organized in a JSON format with three main fields: "jwt-encoded," "input," and "status." This structure allows users to easily access the encoded token, the original input, and the operation's status.
This endpoint can encode any string input provided by the user. It is suitable for encoding user information, session data, or any other data that needs to be securely transmitted as a JWT.
Users can customize their data requests by modifying the "input" parameter in the JSON payload. This allows them to encode different strings based on their specific needs.
In the response, "jwt-encoded" is the generated JWT token, "input" is the original string provided for encoding, and "status" indicates the success of the operation, with "Ok" for success and "Error: ..." for any issues encountered.
Typical use cases for the jwt-encode API include generating tokens for user authentication, securely transmitting user data between client and server, and creating session tokens for stateless applications.
Data accuracy is maintained through the use of standardized JWT encoding algorithms. The API ensures that the input string is correctly encoded into a valid JWT format, which can be verified by any compliant JWT decoder.
