The screen looks amazing I only found one small ding on the camera on the outside rim . It looks great , it works great and I am soooo happy . A lot of the bad reviews on here had me scared but so far day 1 and it\u2019s going great and it came early it wasn\u2019t supposed to come until tomorrow and transferring the phone was all electronic too I have the same phone number and all my information and it was so easy . So I\u2019m happy !",

            "review_body": "It was Christmas and I was looking for a phone it but I wanted an iPhone 14 but it costed to much so I decided to get a renewed (refurbished) I was scared because there were a lot of 1 star reviews saying that it came locked, and it was cracked etc but it already purchased it so I just had to wait to till came. It came a day late due to some reason but when it got it it looked brand new there was a stain on the top but I was able to wipe it off. The screen wasn\u2019t cracked, had no scratches, and came with 100 percent battery health which is amazing so this phone was basically new I waited 1 week to make a review for this just in case something happened and nothing happened they also gave me a type c charger and charger block so it was worth it phone charges fast and is fast. I used an s21 before buying this so it was an upgrade. I would say buying a refurbished item is a hit or miss mostly hit if you are really scared and want to buy a brand new one go for it but if you want to save 100 or maybe 200 dollars buy this",

I purchased the purple iPhone 14 and I inspected it closely- it is in new condition. No scratches or anything. It also came charged and it was easy to set up the eSIM for the unlocked phone.",

            "review_body": "I\u2019m not gonna lie at first I was scared that I would receive a broken and dirty old phone but when it said \u201cexcellent condition\u201d it meant excellent. It came in two days early and I was surprised to see it looked brand new with no scratches and bumps anywhere that I could see. The phone itself worked perfectly and came in at a nice 96% battery life so it\u2019s not perfect but it\u2019s up there. The box and accessories were kinda cheap and not so great but I was upgrading from my old iPhone SE so I had spares around. Overall as of I'm writing this,",

            "review_body": "I was on the fence about buying a refurbished iPhone. I read the reviews and knew for the most part everyone was satisfied with theirs but I was still skeptical. After a heated exchange with my carrier over the cost of a new phone to a current customer I decided to give it a try. When I opened the box I did a detailed inspection and all I found was a slight scratch on the screen off to the side. It doesn\u2019t interfere with anything and is only noticeable when the Lock Screen is off. The battery life is 100% and the camera works with no issues and everything else is like I just bought it new from Apple. Amazon rated this in excellent condition and I agree.",

            "review_body": "I just activated this phone and had to get a new carrier since I didn't notice the GSM network doesn't work for Verizon. The speaker is blown at a certain volume ! I can't find if that is acceptable within the renewed standards but since I am trading in my old phone I don't want to go through the trouble of trying to set up my old Verizon phone, with a new network which I would have to wait for a new SIM card, ugh so only option is to return this phone and wait for 2 weeks to get refund and be without a phone.. but I will get another one and hope it's better then return this phone when it comes in.",
