The POST Solver by Image URL endpoint returns a JSON object containing the status of the request and the recognized text from the captcha, if successful. The GET Captcha Resolver endpoint returns a JSON object indicating whether text was found in the image, along with an error code and message if applicable.
Key fields in the POST response include "status" (indicating success or error) and "message" (providing details). In the GET response, "status" indicates success, "errorCode" provides a numerical error identifier, and "errorMessage" describes the issue encountered.
The response data is structured in JSON format. For the POST endpoint, it typically includes "status" and "message". For the GET endpoint, it includes "status", "errorCode", and "errorMessage", allowing users to easily parse and understand the results.
The primary parameter for both endpoints is the image URL of the SolveMedia captcha. Users must provide a valid URL to receive the corresponding text or error messages related to the captcha.
Users can customize their requests by providing different image URLs to the endpoints. This allows them to target specific captchas they wish to bypass, enabling flexibility in their use cases.
Typical use cases include automating access to websites that use SolveMedia captchas, creating bots for data scraping, or integrating captcha bypass functionality into applications that require user interaction with captcha-protected content.
If the response indicates an error or that no text was found (e.g., "errorCode": 404), users should check the image URL for validity or consider that the captcha may be too complex to recognize. Implementing retry logic or alternative captcha-solving methods may be necessary.
The API relies on image recognition algorithms to interpret captcha text. While specific quality checks are not detailed, users should be aware that the accuracy may vary based on captcha complexity and image quality. Regular updates to the recognition algorithms help maintain performance.
To obtain your API key, you first need to sign in to your account and subscribe to the API you want to use. Once subscribed, go to your Profile, open the Subscription section, and select the specific API. Your API key will be available there and can be used to authenticate your requests.
You can’t switch APIs during the free trial. If you subscribe to a different API, your trial will end and the new subscription will start as a paid plan.
If you don’t cancel before the 7th day, your free trial will end automatically and your subscription will switch to a paid plan under the same plan you originally subscribed to, meaning you will be charged and gain access to the API calls included in that plan.
The free trial ends when you reach 50 API requests or after 7 days, whichever comes first.
