After signing up, every developer is assigned a personal API access key, a unique combination of letters and digits provided to access to our API endpoint. To authenticate with the Email Deliverability and MX Validation API simply include your bearer token in the Authorization header.

No long-term commitment. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime. Free Trial includes up to 50 requests.
Ensure optimal email deliverability and verify MX records specialized validation API.
Each validation performs RFC 5322 syntax verification, DNS MX record lookup, disposable email provider detection across 5000 plus domains, role account identification, free webmail detection, domain typo suggestion, and optional SMTP mailbox handshake.
You can send a POST request to /api/validate-bulk with either a JSON array of up to 1000 email addresses or a multipart CSV file upload. The API automatically detects the email column and processes the batch concurrently.
If your uploaded list or JSON array has more emails than your remaining credit allowance, the API processes up to your remaining allowance, returns those validated results with partial set to true, and includes a warning message without failing the request.
Standard validation without smtp check completes in under 50 milliseconds using syntax, DNS MX records, and disposable domain intelligence. Enable smtp check when you need deep mailbox-level verification and catch-all domain detection.
The bulk validator automatically extracts raw email addresses from RFC 5322 display-name formats, auto-detects delimiters, and sanitizes spreadsheet formula prefixes to prevent CSV injection.
The score reflects overall email quality based on syntax validity, MX record presence, domain reputation, disposable status, and role-account classification.
Each endpoint returns validation results for email addresses, including fields like validity status, domain information, disposable status, and suggested corrections. For bulk validation, it also provides a summary of processed results.
Key fields include "email," "is_valid," "mx_found," "is_disposable," "status," and "verification_time." These fields indicate the email's validity, domain status, and processing time.
The response data is structured in JSON format. For single email validation, it returns a flat structure, while bulk validation includes a "results" array and a "summary" object for processed data.
Each endpoint provides information on email validity, DNS MX records, disposable email detection, role-based accounts, and domain typo suggestions, ensuring comprehensive email validation.
Users can customize requests by selecting specific endpoints, such as validating a single email or bulk processing. For bulk validation, they can choose between JSON arrays or CSV file uploads.
The data sources include DNS lookups for MX records, a database of disposable email providers, and algorithms for syntax validation and typo detection, ensuring high accuracy in results.
Typical use cases include verifying email lists for marketing campaigns, ensuring deliverability for transactional emails, and cleaning databases to reduce bounce rates and improve engagement.
If a bulk request exceeds the remaining quota, the API processes up to the limit and returns valid results with a "partial" flag set to true, allowing users to identify which emails were validated.
To obtain your API key, first sign in to your account and navigate to the API you want to use. From the API's Pricing section, choose a plan and complete the subscription process. Once subscribed, return to the API page and you will see your API Access Key displayed at the top of the documentation page. You can use this key to authenticate your requests.
You can’t switch APIs during the free trial. If you subscribe to a different API, your trial will end and the new subscription will start as a paid plan.
The free trial lasts for 7 days and allows you to make up to 50 API requests.
No, the free trial is available only once, so we recommend using it on the API that interests you the most. Most of our APIs offer a free trial, but some may not include this option.
Yes. If the API offers a free trial, you will see a "Free 7-Day Trial" option in its Pricing section. The trial lasts for 7 days and allows up to 50 API requests, enabling you to evaluate the API before subscribing to a paid plan.
Zyla API Hub is like a big store for APIs, where you can find thousands of them all in one place. We also offer dedicated support and real-time monitoring of all APIs. Once you sign up, you can pick and choose which APIs you want to use. Just remember, each API needs its own subscription. But if you subscribe to multiple ones, you'll use the same key for all of them, making things easier for you.
You can monitor your API usage through the response headers included with every request:
x-zyla-api-calls-monthly-used: Shows the total number of API requests you have used during the current billing period.
x-zyla-api-calls-monthly-remaining: Shows the number of API requests you have remaining for the current billing period.
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Simply go to the Pricing section of the API you're subscribed to and click the "Unsubscribe" button.
