Aggregates live remote job postings into a single JSON API. Provides normalized fields including title, company, location, salary, tags, and job URL.
The GET Health endpoint returns the service status and version. The GET Sources endpoint lists the public job boards aggregated by the API. The GET Jobs endpoint provides live remote job postings, including details like job title, company, location, salary, tags, URL, and source.
Key fields in the response data include "title," "company," "location," "salary," "tags," "url," and "source." These fields provide essential information about each job posting.
The GET Jobs endpoint accepts optional parameters such as a result cap (limit), a specific board name, and a keyword for filtering job postings. Users can customize their requests based on these parameters.
The response data is organized in a JSON format. For the GET Jobs endpoint, it includes a "count" of jobs, a "limit" for the number of results, and an array of job objects, each containing detailed fields like title, company, and URL.
The data is aggregated from public job boards, specifically RemoteOK, Remotive, Arbeitnow, and Jobicy. These sources provide live job postings that are compiled into a single API response.
Data accuracy is maintained by aggregating information from reputable public job boards. Since these sources are regularly updated, the API reflects current job postings, ensuring users receive relevant and timely information.
Typical use cases include job search applications, recruitment platforms, and career websites that want to display remote job opportunities. Developers can integrate this API to provide users with a comprehensive list of remote jobs.
If the GET Jobs endpoint returns partial or empty results, users should check their query parameters for accuracy. Implementing fallback logic, such as broadening search criteria or notifying users of no results, can enhance user experience.
