"description": "Airbnb was born in 2007 when two hosts welcomed three guests to their San Francisco home, and has since grown to over 5 million hosts who have welcomed over 2 billion guest arrivals in almost every country across the globe. Every day, hosts offer unique stays and experiences that make it possible for guests to connect with communities in a more authentic way. The Community you will join: Our Supply Team is growing, and we want you to be part of it! As a Market Associate / Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in the retention, growth, and optimisation of host entrepreneurs and rising hosts in your assigned territory. These hosts are individuals who manage their own property or support owners by hosting on their behalf. You will focus on building strong relationships with these hosts, helping them optimise their listings, improve pricing strategies, and enhance their overall success on Airbnb. The difference you will make: As a Market Associate, you will be responsible for the retention and growth of long-tail Hosts in an assigned territory. You will establish and nurture business relationships with emerging professional host accounts by suggesting and supporting strategic initiatives that drive their success on Airbnb. These initiatives will include supply optimisation, pricing optimisation, host recruitment, and platform education. In addition, as these Hosts successfully grow on the platform, it will be imperative that you help them maintain best-in-class hospitality standards for an excellent guest experience. Beyond one-to-one account management responsibilities, you’ll also support Market Managers on your team to deliver one-to-many education programs, such as webinars and scaled e-mail communication. Ultimately, this team will be responsible for helping long-tail Hosts thrive on Airbnb. A typical day: Manage a book of business consisting of host entrepreneurs and rising hosts, ensuring their retention, growth, and optimisation on Airbnb. Conduct one-on-one optimisation and onboarding conversations, providing strategic recommendations on pricing, availability, and listing quality. Secure availability over high compression dates, ensuring hosts maximise their revenue potential. Educate hosts on product updates and policy changes, while channeling their feedback to internal teams. Respond to host inquiries and provide timely, high-quality support to improve their experience on the platform. Analyse performance data to identify trends and take action on opportunities that drive increased bookings and host success. Develop long-lasting relationships with hosts, ensuring they receive ongoing support tailored to their needs. Your expertise: 3+ years of experience in new sales, account management, or partner support. 2+ years of hospitality/travel industry experience (nice to have). Strong time management and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively. Proven experience working a book of business, driving engagement and growth through proactive account management. Highly goal-driven, with a strong bias for action and persistence in the face of challenges. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively via phone, email, and in-person. Proficiency in CRM tools, particularly working with leads and opportunities (Salesforce experience is a plus). Our Commitment To Inclusion & Belonging: Airbnb is committed to working with the broadest talent pool possible. We believe diverse ideas foster innovation and engagement, and allow us to attract creatively-led people, and to develop the best products, services and solutions. All qualified individuals are encouraged to apply. How We'll Take Care of You: Our job titles may span more than one career level. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range shown below is annualized, is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits. United Kingdom Annual Pay Range £46,000 — £54,000 GBP Reasonable Accommodations: We are committed to providing reasonable accommodations throughout the recruitment process for applicants with disabilities. If you need assistance, or an accommodation, please let your recruiter know once you are contacted about a role. A Note on Recruiting Scams: Scammers sometimes pose as Airbnb recruiters to get money or personal information from candidates. A few things that will always be true for Airbnb’s hiring process: our open roles are posted on Airbnb’s Career’s Page at careers.airbnb.com, and our recruiters correspond only from @ airbnb.com or @ ext.airbnb.com email addresses. Our recruiters will never ask for your Social Security number, bank account details, passport, or payment app information while you are interviewing. We’ll also never ask you to pay a fee, send money, deposit or cash a check, or purchase work-related equipment (such as a company laptop) during the interview process. We encourage candidates to remain vigilant of these recruiting scams and not share sensitive information if you do not believe an individual is actually affiliated with Airbnb.",

JSON with tool, count and a results array. Each result row is one record with the same fields as the example response on this page, so it maps straight into a table or CSV.
One call counts as one request, even with up to 5 items in it. Batch your values to get more data per request.
Official public APIs, public web pages, public files and DNS, fetched live at request time. No logins or paywalls are bypassed.
Most calls return in 2 to 15 seconds. Large batches or heavy pages can take up to about two minutes. If you get a busy reply, retry after 10 seconds.
Requests stop at the plan quota, with no surprise overage charges. Move to a larger plan any time to keep going.
To obtain your API key, first sign in to your account and navigate to the API you want to use. From the API's Pricing section, choose a plan and complete the subscription process. Once subscribed, return to the API page and you will see your API Access Key displayed at the top of the documentation page. You can use this key to authenticate your requests.
You can’t switch APIs during the free trial. If you subscribe to a different API, your trial will end and the new subscription will start as a paid plan.
The free trial lasts for 7 days and allows you to make up to 50 API requests.
No, the free trial is available only once, so we recommend using it on the API that interests you the most. Most of our APIs offer a free trial, but some may not include this option.
Yes. If the API offers a free trial, you will see a "Free 7-Day Trial" option in its Pricing section. The trial lasts for 7 days and allows up to 50 API requests, enabling you to evaluate the API before subscribing to a paid plan.
Zyla API Hub is like a big store for APIs, where you can find thousands of them all in one place. We also offer dedicated support and real-time monitoring of all APIs. Once you sign up, you can pick and choose which APIs you want to use. Just remember, each API needs its own subscription. But if you subscribe to multiple ones, you'll use the same key for all of them, making things easier for you.
You can monitor your API usage through the response headers included with every request:
x-zyla-api-calls-monthly-used: Shows the total number of API requests you have used during the current billing period.
x-zyla-api-calls-monthly-remaining: Shows the number of API requests you have remaining for the current billing period.
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Simply go to the Pricing section of the API you're subscribed to and click the "Unsubscribe" button.
Please note that upgrades, downgrades, and cancellations take effect immediately. Once your subscription is canceled, access to the service will end immediately, regardless of any remaining API calls in your quota.
