Synthetic Profile Builder API is a tool to generate fictitious user profiles and perform validation tests.
The API requires no input, and returns dummy user data in JSON.
Population of test databases. Testing of registration forms. Validation of user verification processes in QA platforms.
Beside the number of API calls per month allowed, there are no other limitations.
There are different plans suits everyone including a free trial for small amount of requests, but it’s rate is limit to prevent abuse of the service.
The API uses API keys for authentication. To access the API, include your API key in the request header. The API key is provided upon registration and should be kept secure.
The API returns detailed information about the age and history of a domain, including years, months and days since its creation, as well as expiration and update dates.
The Generate Identity endpoint returns a comprehensive set of synthetic personal and corporate data, including first and last names, email addresses, phone numbers, birthdates, company names, job titles, addresses, and randomly generated credit card information.
Key fields in the response include "firstName," "lastName," "emailAddress," "phoneNumber," "dateOfBirth," "company," "department," and "creditCard," which contains "cardNumber," "expirationDate," and "cvv."
The response data is structured in JSON format, with user details presented as key-value pairs. For example, the address is nested within an "address" object, providing a clear hierarchy for easy parsing.
The endpoint provides personal information (names, birthdates), contact details (email, phone), corporate data (company name, department), and location data (address, city, country), along with credit card information for transaction simulations.
Currently, the Generate Identity endpoint does not accept parameters for customization. Each request generates a unique synthetic profile with predefined fields, ensuring a diverse range of test data.
The data generated by the Synthetic Profile Builder API is entirely fictional and created algorithmically. It does not rely on real-world data sources, ensuring that no personal information is compromised.
Typical use cases include populating test databases, simulating user interactions in applications, validating registration processes, and testing payment systems without using real personal data.
Users can integrate the returned synthetic profiles into their testing environments to simulate real-world scenarios, ensuring their applications handle various user inputs and data formats correctly during QA processes.
