Overview

Company hiring data: search 650,000+ live jobs from the career sites of 16,000+ employers, or list every open role at one company, with salary, seniority and remote filters and up to 50 jobs per call.

Career Site Job Search API FAQs

Only from employers' own public career sites (their applicant tracking systems such as Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workday and others). No job boards, no reposts, no staffing-agency copies.

The index is refreshed every day and each board is re-read at least every few days. Search results are also re-checked live on the employer's board at request time, so closed jobs are dropped.

Up to 50 jobs per request (default 20). Follow meta.nextCursor to get the next page, up to 500 results per query.

Many employers post the same job once per city or repost it. Each job appears once (its newest posting) and similarPostings says how many other matching postings it stands for. Send dedupe=false to get every posting.

Structured salary from the job board when the employer provides it, plus salary ranges parsed from the description. min_salary filters on the yearly amount; hourly and monthly pay is converted to yearly.

Every job includes seniority (intern to executive), years of experience required, visa sponsorship when the posting states it, and the workplace type (remote, hybrid or onsite).

Pass posted_after with the time of your last call (ISO date or datetime in UTC) to receive only jobs posted since then.

424 means the company's own job board did not respond at that moment. It is not an API failure; retry a little later.

Any company that uses a supported applicant tracking system, including Workday and Oracle, even if it is not in the daily index. Identify the company by its name or its careers page.

The GET Search Jobs endpoint returns job listings with details like title, company, location, salary, and seniority. The GET Company Jobs endpoint provides all open roles for a specific company, including similar details. The GET Index Info endpoint offers metadata about the job index, such as total job count and last refresh time.

Key fields include "id" (job identifier), "title" (job title), "company" (employer name), "location" (job location), "salaryMin" and "salaryMax" (salary range), "isRemote" (remote work option), and "employmentType" (job type). These fields help users understand job specifics.

The response data is structured in a JSON format with a "meta" section containing pagination and matching information, followed by a "jobs" array listing individual job details. Each job entry includes various attributes like company, title, and location, making it easy to parse.

Users can customize requests using parameters such as keywords, locations, salary ranges, seniority levels, remote options, and posting dates. For the GET Company Jobs endpoint, users can also specify visa sponsorship. This flexibility allows tailored job searches.

The GET Search Jobs endpoint provides a broad range of job listings across various companies, while the GET Company Jobs endpoint focuses on all roles from a specific employer. The GET Index Info endpoint gives insights into the overall job index and supported ATS systems.

Data accuracy is ensured by re-checking job postings live on the employer's boards at the time of the request. The index is refreshed daily, and each job is verified to confirm its availability, minimizing the chances of displaying expired listings.

Typical use cases include job aggregation for job boards, recruitment analytics, and personalized job alerts. Developers can integrate this API into applications to provide users with real-time job listings tailored to their preferences and qualifications.

Users can leverage the returned data to filter job listings based on specific criteria, such as location or salary. By utilizing pagination through "meta.nextCursor," users can navigate through large sets of results efficiently, ensuring they find relevant job opportunities.

If you have any trouble paying by card, just contact us at [email protected]

Additionally, if you already have an active subscription in any of these currencies (USD, EUR, CAD, AUD, GBP), that currency will remain for subsequent subscriptions. You can change the currency at any time as long as you don't have any active subscriptions.
The local currency shown on the pricing page is based on the country of your IP address and is provided for reference only. The actual prices are in USD (United States Dollar). When you make a payment, the charge will appear on your card statement in USD, even if you see the equivalent amount in your local currency on our website. This means you cannot pay directly with your local currency.
Occasionally, a bank may decline the charge due to its fraud protection settings. We suggest reaching out to your bank initially to check if they are blocking our charges. Also, you can access the Billing Portal and change the card associated to make the payment. If these does not work and you need further assistance, please contact our team at [email protected]
Prices are determined by a recurring monthly or yearly subscription, depending on the chosen plan.
API calls are deducted from your plan based on successful requests. Each plan comes with a specific number of calls that you can make per month. Only successful calls, indicated by a Status 200 response, will be counted against your total. This ensures that failed or incomplete requests do not impact your monthly quota.
Zyla API Hub works on a recurring monthly subscription system. Your billing cycle will start the day you purchase one of the paid plans, and it will renew the same day of the next month. So be aware to cancel your subscription beforehand if you want to avoid future charges.
To upgrade your current subscription plan, simply go to the pricing page of the API and select the plan you want to upgrade to. The upgrade will be instant, allowing you to immediately enjoy the features of the new plan. Please note that any remaining calls from your previous plan will not be carried over to the new plan, so be aware of this when upgrading. You will be charged the full amount of the new plan.
To check how many API calls you have left for the current month, refer to the 'X-Zyla-API-Calls-Monthly-Remaining' field in the response header. For example, if your plan allows 1,000 requests per month and you've used 100, this field in the response header will indicate 900 remaining calls.

You can monitor your API usage through the response headers included with every request:

x-zyla-api-calls-monthly-used: Shows the total number of API requests you have used during the current billing period.
x-zyla-api-calls-monthly-remaining: Shows the number of API requests you have remaining for the current billing period.

The 'X-Zyla-RateLimit-Reset' header shows the number of seconds until your rate limit resets. This tells you when your request count will start fresh. For example, if it displays 3,600, it means 3,600 seconds are left until the limit resets.

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Simply go to the Pricing section of the API you're subscribed to and click the "Unsubscribe" button.

Please note that upgrades, downgrades, and cancellations take effect immediately. Once your subscription is canceled, access to the service will end immediately, regardless of any remaining API calls in your quota.

After 7 days, you will be charged the full amount for the plan you were subscribed to during the trial. Therefore, it's important to cancel before the trial period ends. Refund requests for forgetting to cancel on time are not accepted.
When you subscribe to an API free trial, you can make up to 50 API calls. If you wish to make additional API calls beyond this limit, the API will prompt you to perform an "Start Your Paid Plan." You can find the "Start Your Paid Plan" button in your profile under Subscription -> Choose the API you are subscribed to -> Pricing tab.
