The AI Workout Planner uses various parameters provided by the user, including time, equipment, muscle group, fitness level, and fitness goals. By taking these factors into account, the AI algorithm creates a customized workout plan that aligns with the user's preferences and objectives.

The default duration for the workout plan is set to 30 minutes if the time parameter is not specified by the user. However, users have the flexibility to customize this parameter according to their desired workout duration.

Yes, the AI Workout Planner allows you to specify the equipment you have available for your workout. If you don't have any equipment, you can set the equipment parameter to "none". However, if you have specific equipment, you can provide the details in this parameter to tailor the workout plan accordingly.

If you don't have a specific target muscle group in mind, you can set the muscle parameter to "none". This way, the generated workout plan will focus on providing a balanced full-body workout without emphasizing any particular muscle group.

The fitness level parameter allows you to define your current fitness level, such as "beginner", "intermediate", or "advanced". Based on this information, the AI algorithm adjusts the intensity, complexity, and progression of the workout plan to match your fitness level and avoid unnecessary strain or difficulty.
