The "Parse by URL" endpoint returns a JSON object containing structured data extracted from the resume, including the applicant's name, contact information, work experience, education, and skills. The "Upload Resume" endpoint confirms successful processing but does not return specific data.
Key fields in the response data include "Name," "Contact Information," "Work Experience," "Education," and "Skills." Each field provides detailed insights into the applicant's background and qualifications.
The response data is organized in a hierarchical JSON format. For example, "Contact Information" is a nested object containing fields like "Address," "Mobile," and "Email," while "Work Experience" is an array of objects detailing each position held.
The "Parse by URL" endpoint provides comprehensive details such as the applicant's name, contact info, work history, educational background, and skills. The "Upload Resume" endpoint validates the file and ensures it meets specified criteria.
The "Parse by URL" endpoint accepts a URL pointing to a PDF or MS Word file. The "Upload Resume" endpoint accepts files with a maximum size of 2MB, up to 5 pages, and must be in PDF or .doc/.docx format.
Users can leverage the structured JSON data to filter and analyze applicants based on specific criteria, such as skills or experience, enhancing recruitment processes and improving candidate selection.
Data accuracy is maintained through robust parsing algorithms that extract information from resumes. The API is optimized for English language resumes, ensuring higher accuracy in data extraction.
Typical use cases include talent acquisition, where companies enrich their applicant databases, and HR departments that need structured resume information for efficient candidate filtering and selection.
