About the API:
Besides APIs that provided a sentiment analysis on the text provided, this API has the meaning to help you understand what the users think about your API and if their opinions help to promote your brand, or they are detractors of your brand or, maybe, they are indifferent at all.
This API supports English, Deutch, and Spanish.
The API will receive an array of 64 items max. Only the first 2000 characters from each text will be analyzed. Later you will receive the analysis.
Possible outputs: promote, detract, indifferent.
This API will help you to understand what is being said online about your brand and products. Be able to identify which consumers are emotionally connected to your brand.
Detect what are the texts that promote your brand or detract from it. This is helpful to analyze what is missing from your product/brand and what is being loved about your brand.
Besides the number of API calls per month, there are no other limitations.
Detects if the text is a promoter, detractor or and indifferent suggestion.
Supported Languages: [en, de, es]

The Analyzer endpoint returns an array of predictions for each input text, indicating whether the sentiment is "Promote," "Detract," or "Indifferent." Each prediction includes a probability score reflecting the confidence of the classification.
The key fields in the response data include "id," which identifies the input text, and "predictions," which contains an array of objects with "prediction" (the sentiment label) and "probability" (the confidence level of the prediction).
The response data is structured as an array of objects, each corresponding to an input text. Each object contains an "id" and a "predictions" array, where each prediction object includes the sentiment label and its associated probability.
The Analyzer endpoint provides insights into consumer opinions about your brand, categorizing sentiments as "Promote," "Detract," or "Indifferent." This helps identify emotional connections and areas for improvement.
Users can customize their requests by providing an array of up to 64 text items, each with a maximum length of 2000 characters. This allows for tailored analysis based on specific social posts or feedback.
The data analyzed by the Opinion Analysis API comes from user-generated content on social media and other online platforms. The API processes this text to derive sentiment insights relevant to your brand.
Typical use cases include monitoring brand reputation, identifying loyal customers, understanding consumer feedback, and improving marketing strategies based on emotional connections revealed through the analysis.
Users can leverage the returned data to inform marketing strategies, enhance customer engagement, and address negative sentiments. By analyzing the predictions, brands can focus on promoting positive feedback and mitigating detractors.
